Arrived in the UK on 4 January 1942. Enroled as P/O into RAFVR, Belgian Section on 13 March 1942. Refresh course at 58 OTU on 5 May 1942. Posted to 350 Sqn, 7 July 1942. Transferred to 91 Sqn (22 March 1943). Was KIA on 24 March 1943, flying Spitfire W3425, shot down by FW-190 (5./JG26).
